Spent new year at a hotel. Loved the decor and cleanliness, everything appeared new and fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and provided us with ample new year information and ideas which we took advantage of. Their shuttle service to nearby attractions was quite convenient and saved us time and money. The view from our room was breathtaking and the premises were well maintained.
Although the staff was friendly, sometimes they weren't straightforward and certain expenses appeared to be hidden. In our experience, the breakfast had very limited options and the quality of the food was mediocre.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and prompt in their service, ensuring that our needs were met. The owner of the hotel also went out of their way to assist us, even resolving an issue we had with payment. The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, and the facilities were great. We were also pleased with the convenient parking and the hotel's easy access to transportation options. the hotel's location was wonderful, offering fine views and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and helpful.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

My Xmas experience couldn't be better. the staff was amazing, always attentive to my needs, and made me feel at home. the rooms were very clean and well decorated, and the bed was really comfortable. Plus, the hotel was located in a central spot, which was perfect for exploring all the nearby restaurants and attractions.
Although the food was good, the menu was a bit limited, and I wished they offered more options for breakfast. the Wi-Fi was spotty, and I had some trouble connecting to it at times.

The staff was helpful and prompt in their service. Ms. Rinchen, the owner, went out of her way to resolve a payment issue. The hotel was new and clean. The restaurant staff were also helpful.
